RefundsEligibility

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

  • You receive the wrong fabric or garment.
  • The product does not match the confirmed order specifications.

Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or videos along with your order details.

Non-Refundable Orders

As we manufacture and supply custom cotton fabrics, wholesale fabrics, garments, and textile products, the following orders are not eligible for refunds:

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customized or made-to-order fabric and garment orders.

Bulk and wholesale orders after production has started.

Orders that have already been shipped.

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production or dispatch begins. Once production starts or the goods have been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Exchanges
